Important Dates


Oct 24 | Company Information Overview Deadline:

  • - Please have your Company Overview Information Document (please download document on the right hand side) completed and e-mailed to Emily.  This information will be what the attendees see when they select who they would like to meet with (just like you get to select who you meet with!).

Nov 7 | Meeting Selections Begin:

  • - Emily will send you the delegate list so that you can select your preferences for your one-on-one business meetings.

Nov 11 | Accommodation Deadline

- Reserve your accommodation at the discounted group rate of $159 per night - using the booking link on the right hand side.   The rate is available for stays during December 1st until December 9th, in case you wish to extend your stay before or after the event.   Resort and parking fees along with hotel amenities are also detailed on the booking link.  This discounted group rate expires on November 11th, so please ensure you book by then. 

Nov 14 | Meeting Selection Deadline:

  • - Meeting Selections: Your selections for your Business Meetings must be submitted to Emily by 5 pm (EST)

Nov 24 | Deadline for:

  • - Registering team passes. Please see link to right of page or click here.
  •  
  • - Edits to Itinerary Due/Final Meeting Itinerary Available: If you have any changes you'd like to make to your preliminary itinerary, please send them to Emily no later than 5 pm (EST).
  •  
  • - Purchasing a lead scanning license through EventPass. Details will be e-mailed to you.
  •  
  • - 30 Second Advert  (only applicable if stated in your contract, if you'd like to upgrade, please contact Christos)
  •  
  • - Seat Drop Confirmation (only applicable if stated in your contract, if you'd like to upgrade please contact Christos)
  •  
  • - AV orders
    • If you wish to order any AV for your stand such a monitor, please use the order form on the right hand side and submit to the supplier. 

Nov 30 | Delivery Deadline: 
  • - Deliveries to the venue can be accepted from 30th Nov till the event.
Dec 6 | Equipment Collection Deadline:
  • - Please ensure and boxes ore parcels are collected from the venue by this date.
Dec 11 | Post Event Attendee List
  • -Final Attendee List to be sent from Emily by EOD.

Stand Packages

The standard One-to-One meeting space includes the following:

  • 8'x10' Space: surrounded by pipe and drape on both sides to provide privacy for your conversations.
  • 1 x 6ft Table with 2 x Chairs & 1 x Smaller table with 2 x chairs.  Why am I set up with two (2) tables? This is so we can schedule concurrent meetings and your onsite team will have a separate space for each conversation.
  • Power: Your team will have (1) power-strip available to use for plugging in laptop/cell phone chargers or a monitor if you choose to order one.
  • Branding: A nameboard with your company’s logo will be located at the top of the pipe and drape to make identifying your meeting space easy for all attendees.

Shipping Information

The venue can accept deliveries for the event from November 30th.

Handling fee: Incoming packages will be charged $5.00 per box and $25.00 to $300.00 per crate or display case depending on the size. 

You are responsible for settling these fees directly with the Marriott.

Timings

Setup

Tuesday, December 5 

Exhibitors are responsible for setting up their own booth, you can access your booth space to set-up on the Tuesday from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

All stands must be ready for main conference delegates arrival at 1:00PM.

Breakdown

Wednesday, December 6

Exhibitors need to vacate their stand by 4 pm on the Wednesday. Please note, you are responsible for breaking down of your own booth.
